DuoSharp® diamond sharpening stones are high-end sharpeners featuring a discontinuous diamond surface ideal for blades and cutting edges of all sizes. The small area with a continuous surface is instead dedicated to the sharpening of small cutting edges, chisels or points. Excellent quality
The base allows you to have a stable surface on which to work, raised above the surface to allow greater freedom of movement during the sharpening of each knife or blade of any shape.
The Hardcoat™ treatment increases the hardness of the sharpening surface and makes this stone particularly suitable for ceramic blades or knives made of particularly hard steels.
The two surfaces have different grain:
Fine Grit - 600: Razor Sharpness
Extra Fine Grit - 1200: Maintains razor sharpness and edge polish after sharpening
Dimensions: 203 x 67 x 10mm. Excellent quality
