- Access your reserved area.
- Enter your username and password and click SEND
- Click on order history and details
- For the order for which you wish to receive information, click on DETAILS
- At the bottom of the page, in the ADD A MESSAGE section, select the product for which you wish to request information from the drop-down menu and write the request for information. Then click on SEND
