For contacts relating to ORDERS ALREADY MADE after clicking here, follow the procedure below:

  1. Access your reserved area.
  2. Enter your username and password and click SEND
  3. Click on order history and details
  4. For the order for which you wish to receive information, click on DETAILS
  5. At the bottom of the page, in the ADD A MESSAGE section, select the product for which you wish to request information from the drop-down menu and write the request for information. Then click on SEND
